Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus....

Football is done, Fargongo is done, school is done and Christmas is Here!!

I'm really excited; I'm especially excited because this has been an amazing Christmas so far! It's like God has us in the palm of His hand. We have been going through such extrodinarily hard times but He just takes care of everything! Just when I think there won't be breakfast for the kids tomorrow or anything at all for dinner, *poof* there it is!

Just amazing... and just when I think we might not have a Christmas *poof* there it is... He is so kind and good and we are just SO undeserving...

So I'm including some pictures from the end of Fargongo here - it's closing night and there are so many other great pics - I'll have to include them later. It was just such a fun experience!!!

I'm hoping SO much that my friend, Jude, comes through with a date to photograph her... I'm really excited to do that; you know, exercize my abilities with someone who understands why I might want to take a million shots, why I'd want to compose something a certain way... you know the deal. My other friends feel a little odd every time I want to just keep snapping away!

two gems...

My dear sweet friends, Beth & Linda... they indulged my camera in their face while I snapped away... after a while they wanted to wring my neck but I like some of the results- posted here.

They are two of the most talented women I know... what totally cool friends they are!

Couch for SALE!!

I have GOT to sell this wonderful couch... we got a new one and don't have a place for it in our garage...
That's all for now... can't wait to post the last few photos of Fargongo! It was a blast.

The Fargongo Bunny... it keeps on going and going...

Our play rehearsals just keep going and going... we're having a bunch of fun and the coolest thing is getting to know every body.
It's been especially fun getting to know the Ronks! We're even going to their house for Thanksgiving! I'm really glad. The picture with the adorable girl in the pink shirt is Melody Ronk and Jeff Ronk is in the bottom picture with the group of people; he's in the dark shirt.
They're just awesome...
I really can't wait until the play opens though!! It's gonna be SO cool!!

the hankins...

here are some more from this past weekend - our friends the hankins. what a totally neat couple. the first two pictures are the same shot, i just wanted to move in and try something different with the sepia tones - the last one i added a diffused glow to it and then darkened it; i love doing that because it doesn't look so diffused but also has a great softness to it as well... enjoy!

The Biddles...

I just love these... they are such a cute couple. We were all at a couple's retreat this past weekend... Jeff is our Marriage & Family Pastor at our church. They said they never have their picture taken! They should more often - they're adorable!! Don't you think??

and here's my honey... my poor little blood-shot eyed guy... he's exhausted! After I took this shot I left him in the hotel to take a very long nap while I went to an amazing scrapbook store I found in Carlsbad!! Everafter Scrapbooks... absolutely huge, this store! wow...

I absolutely love the sport but oh-my-word... such an intense 3 months, it's amazing.

Now we can pay more attention to the musical.

F A R G O N G O

" fargongo... sounds like Fargo with a liver problem..." (a line in "Fargongo, A Christmas Musical") that about sums it up, but the musical is nothing like... well, any sort of disease; it's awesome!!

My husband, my youngest son and I get to be in the big musical production for Christmas!
5 performances, 10,000 people and about 100 in the cast & crew makes for a huge and wonderful time!

Here are some in the chorus doing the opening number "Something New". It'll be a fun number.

Gail & Dave as Alastair & Beulah... they'll be awesome.

Here's a funny one:

It will be the first weekend of December at Calvary Church, S.A. Rehearsals are many and often, lots of hard work...

I can't wait...

25-7 Hooray!!

We WON!!!
The boys played Anaheim Saturday and got a much-deserved first win. I am SO excited for them...

The coaches wife is extremely sick and hasn't yet been able to make it to any games or practices, so I've been working on making her a scrapbook of her son, Matthew.

Above is one of my favorite shots of him... I hope she likes the book!

cole james francis stewart

oh my... i love this photo of Cole and just had to post it here. click on the photo to see it larger.

I got a new toy... it's a Nikon and I'm having the most fun with it!

not the Forever House, but close...

OK, so we've moved... this is the third move in as many years... just typing that sentance is tiring.
But, we are so happy where we are!! This is a lovely house with plenty of space. It will be a great place to 'wait' to find & buy our "forever house".

That's what the boys call it. This is the term for The House; the one we'll live in forever (or at least a very long time). We'll have a dog there. It will be wonderful. Speaking of dogs, I have to post a pic of Bubby here. We miss her so bad it hurts... she was hit by a car. We still think about her all the time.

Alright, enough of that. My friend Judi has started a new thing... she's taking portraits... check out her blog. She's so talented!

So much going on right now! Scheduling is massive... football, the musical, family, moving, everything. I'm a little buried.
